YCMOU PGRP - Fee Structure for the year 2019 - 2020

Courses: M.A/M.Sc. (Communication and Distance Education) for 2nd year

The candidates are advised to submit hard copy of admission form of the year 2019-20 and fees at study centre after successful submission of admission form on the YCMOU website.


The candidates can also send their application form (Signed and Scanned copy) through email on and can do the study centre fees payment online by options given below.

Fees to be paid to YCMOU University – INR 2,100 (Online during form submission)

Fees to be paid to study centre HBCSE – INR 2,000 after online form submission through


  • Cash deposit payment

  • Bank draft (D.D.) 

D.D in the favour of ' TIFR A/C – HBCSE – Misc. Grant Account ' payable at Mumbai.

Submission of application form and fees (D.D./cash deposit payment) should be done during office hours (Monday to Friday: 9.30AM – 5.30PM)
