Poster location and identification
Posters will be displayed at the venue of the conference. Each poster will be identified by the first author's registration number (e.g. S74DESH1). During the poster sessions - two hours on two days - participants will come around in the poster area and interact with the poster presenters. A table will be provided to be shared between two adjacent poster presenters. Each poster presenter will have a seating facility.
Size and Mounting:
PVC panel boards fixed on a stand will be provided, one per poster presentation.
The poster area will be 1500 mm (5 ft) wide and 900 mm (3 ft) high.
You will be mounting your poster on one such board.
Materials for poster:
Posters may be printed or drawn on any reasonably light material, including paper. These will have to be mounted on the panels using sticking tapes (double sided or single sided tapes, etc). Pins and thumbtacks cannot be used on these panels. We encourage you to bring along sticking materials you may need. Some mounting materials will also be made available in the poster area.
The title of each poster will be made by us and displayed at the top of the respective panel, along with the name(s), affiliation and country of author(s). The information provided in your extended abstract will be used for this.
